What is an inverter?

In the first step, a solar module generates direct current. However, it cannot be used in this form in the house because our power grids run on alternating current.

The inverter turns direct current into alternating current. At the same time, it also tracks consumption and ensures that it is fed into the public grid. A distinction is made here between module inverters, solar inverters, battery inverters and hybrid inverters.

Our inverters

We have chosen two inverter manufacturers and set very high quality standards for both. When making our selection, it was important for us to focus on brands that have many years of know-how and have the majority of their production domestically, thus strengthening the local economy.
