What is electricity storage?
Electricity storage, solar storage, battery storage or solar batteries ensure that you can store the electricity you produce yourself and that it is available to you in the evening, at night and sometimes even in the morning.

The storage makes you more independent from the network. While you can only achieve up to 40% self-sufficiency with a PV system, with a storage system you can really “fri“ and achieve up to 80% and more self-sufficiency. There are now many different storage technologies. Lithium-ion storage systems are the most commonly installed today.
