The feed-in tariff under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) continues to apply to newly commissioned photovoltaic systems and is legally guaranteed for 20 years from the date of commissioning . The applicable funding conditions are those in effect at the time your system is commissioned.
At the same time, the German government is working on a reform of solar subsidies. The aim is to adjust subsidies for new photovoltaic systems in the future and align them more closely with the electricity market. The originally discussed complete abolition of the fixed feed-in tariff for small rooftop systems has since been replaced by a transitional model. Nevertheless, it can be assumed that the subsidy conditions for new systems will change gradually in the coming years. The planned changes are currently still in the legislative process and have not yet been finalized.

In Germany, feed-in tariffs for photovoltaic systems are regulated by the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG). Operators of solar power systems receive a government-guaranteed payment for the electricity fed into the public grid for a period of 20 years.

The following feed-in tariffs currently apply to typical photovoltaic systems on single-family homes:
Partial feed-in (self-consumption + feed-in)
up to 10 kWp: approx. 8,1 cents per kWh
10-40 kWp: approx. 7,0 cents per kWh
Full feed-in (complete feed-in to the grid)
up to 10 kWp: approx. 12,9 cents per kWh
10-40 kWp: approx. 10,8 cents per kWh
This remuneration is guaranteed for 20 years from the date of commissioning of the solar power plant.
